Check out these new character banners and poster for Planes, Disney’s upcoming spinoff of Cars.
Dane Cook leads the voice cast, which THR says now includes Top Gun veterans Val Kilmer and Anthony Edwards, as well as Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Cedric the Entertainer, John Cleese, Sinbad, Stacy Keach, Brad Garrett, Teri Hatcher, Carlos Alazraqui, Priyanka Chopra, Roger Craig Smith, Gabriel Iglesias, and Oliver Kalkofe.
The movie, originally intended as a direct-to-video spinoff of Pixar’s Cars, opens theatrically August 9 via not Pixar but Disney’s Disneytoon Studios banner.
